Easy Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. instant onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings (mixture will be thick).
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Press biscuits with hand or roll to cover bottom and sides of greased muffin tin.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Yields 12 little pizzas, just the right size for kids or parties.
    Also can make toppings using pepperoni, olives, mushrooms or to your liking.
