Pineapple Strip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 large and 1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    3 oz. cream cheese
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Roll out half and line cookie sheet.
    Reserve half for top.
    Mix pineapple, sugar, tapioca and lemon juice together.
    Spread on dough.
    Roll out; reserve half and cut into strips for top crust.
    Bake until light brown; cool.
