Supreme Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix well and pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese.
    Bake for an additional 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
