Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. ripe mashed peaches
    1 large egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. raisins or nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In one bowl, mix flour, sugars, salt and baking soda.
    Drain mashed peaches; put in a large bowl.
    Add beaten egg and melted margarine.
    Stir in raisins or nuts; stir in flour mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch greased and floured loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes; remove. Cool bread in pan for 15 minutes; remove and finish cooling on wire rack (okay to freeze next day).
