Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. cooked noodles
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. grated or crumbled Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tsp. salt
20 oz. chopped broccoli
6 c. milk
Preparation

Saute onion and carrots in oil.
Add bouillon and water.
Cook until cubes are dissolved, about 15 minutes.
Add raw noodles. Add chopped broccoli.
Add salt.
Bring to slow boil.
Add garlic. Before serving, add milk and Velveeta.
Cook until cheese melts.
