Dripped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. roast
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Place seasoned roast in roasting pan.
    Add water and bouillon cubes.
    Cover and cook at 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0, 10 to 12 hours.
