Ham And Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    10 eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    squirt of mustard
Preparation
    Butter bread on one side. Place 6 slices buttered side down on a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese on top. Put top layer of 6 slices bread buttered side up. Pour over top the beaten eggs, milk and mustard all beaten together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.
