Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. Cheddar, cubed
    1 lb. bacon, chopped and fried crisp
    3/4 c. chopped green olives
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool and dice.
    Mix onion, mayonnaise and cheeses.
    Put potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan; top with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle olives and bacon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
