Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
3 egg yolks
Preparation

In double boiler, cook sugar, boiling water and salt until thick.
Add lemon juice, cornstarch, butter and yolks.
Pour into baked pie crust.
