Lemon Basil Tea Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Cream butter and 1 cup of the sugar.
    Add milk, eggs, lemon extract and lemon rind.
    Add combined dry ingredients; pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 5 minutes.
