Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
5 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
Sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon on top.
