Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 pieces light bread
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, margarine, cooked rice, bread and milk (it is best to pour milk over bread and let soak).
    Pour in Pam sprayed casserole.
    Cook until it begins to thicken.
    I let mine be a little soupy, then when it gets cool, it thickens.
