Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    3/4 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 slices bread
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Soak bread in 1 cup milk.
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter; add to bread with parsley.
    Beat potatoes with bread and milk mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add remaining milk.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Pour mixture into greased casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
