Chocolate Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large container Cool Whip
    2 (6 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
    4 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add nuts and flour; mix and press into bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar.
    Add vanilla and 1/2 container of Cool Whip.
    Spread on crust.
    Mix pudding with milk. Pour over whipped cream layer.
    Spread with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts, chocolate chips or cherries.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
