Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ripe tomatoes
    1 lb. onion
    1 lb. green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1 1/2 c. distilled white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground mustard powder
    2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes.
    Drain in colander.
    Chop onions and peppers.
    In large pot, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook until thick, stirring often.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
    Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
    If you like it hot, add some jalapeno peppers, chili hot peppers and/or habenaro peppers.
