Crustless Vegetarian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 tsp. butter
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. dry natural butter flavored granules
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and mushrooms in butter in medium skillet until tender-crisp.
    Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick vegetable spray; place vegetables and cheese in pan.
