Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple slices
    nuts
    cherries
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cake flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix butter and brown sugar; let stand.
    Drain pineapple.
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with butter mixture, pineapple, nuts and cherries. Sift together salt, flour and baking powder.
    Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.
    Add sugar and beat.
    Add juice and fold in flour.
    Beat and fold in egg whites.
    Pour over pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Tip upside down when done.
