Baked Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Fiesta blend shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Colby/Monterey Jack blend shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned on top.
