Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic, beef, onions and green pepper.
    Pour off fat.
    Add beans.
    Stir in sauce, salt and chili powder.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
