Gingersnap Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening, egg, sugar, molasses, cinnamon, soda, salt and ginger with mixer.
    Stir in flour by hand.
    Roll in balls; roll in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
