Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, mashed squash, defrosted
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk or dairy rich
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix squash, margarine, sugar, flour, eggs and milk (dairy rich) in a blender.
    Pour into a souffle dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for one hour or until firm in center.
