Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage meat (hot or mild)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Cut cheese into cubes.
Melt in double boiler over hot water, stirring frequently.
Brown sausage in heavy skillet; drain grease.
Place sausage, cheese and Bisquick in large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Shape into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
May freeze on cookie sheet and store in plastic bags in freezer.
