Norwegian Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix together and use a small frypan.
    Heat pan; put a little butter to coat bottom of pan.
    Pour a little batter and roll to coat bottom of pan.
    When firm, turn with spatula.
    (Double recipe for 4 people.)
