Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
6 Tbsp. water
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small pepper, sliced small
reserved 2 Tbsp. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 medium sliced tomatoes (fresh)
2 eggs
3 oz. shredded cheese
6 chicken breasts or 1 chicken, boiled and pieces picked off in chunks
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
poultry seasoning
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Layer chunks of chicken in bottom of buttered casserole.
Pour soup (which has been heated) over chicken.
Sprinkle generously with poultry seasoning.
Melt butter and stir in stuffing mix. Spread this mixture on top of chicken and soup.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
