Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. light cream or half and half, divided
    8 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Stir in 3/4 cup cream.
    Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add fettucine to skillet.
    Stir in remaining cream, cheese, pepper, salt and shrimp.
    Cook 1 minute.
    If desired, serve with additional cheese and pepper.
