Townhouse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cartons cottage cheese (small curd), washed in cold water and drained well
6 to 8 medium onions, ground fine
2 medium or 1 large green pepper, ground fine
celery salt to taste
gourmet pepper to taste
Hellmann's mayonnaise (enough so cottage cheese is all covered)
paprika (for color, if prefer)
Preparation

Let stand for at least 5 hours before serving.
The longer it sits, the better.
