Fresh Vegetable Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 medium cucumbers, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Put in covered container and refrigerate several hours or up to 3 months.
