Fluffy Corn Bread(Very Good!!!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cornmeal. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a fork, then stir in milk and butter or margarine.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just to combine.
The batter may be lumpy, but that's okay.
Pour the batter into a 9-inch square lightly greased baking pan.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Be careful not to overbake or the bread will be dry.
If you use a food processor, be careful not to overprocess the mixture.
I stir by hand.
