Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. Baker's coconut (moister, improved)
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 box Duncan Hines German chocolate cake mix (I use Swiss chocolate; not as strong)
Preparation

Spray 10 x 15-inch pan with Baker's Joy.
Put pecans and coconut in bottom.
Mix cake mix as directed and pour over.
Soften margarine and cream cheese and mix well.
Mix with confectioners sugar.
Spoon in globs over cake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
