Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Combine the first five ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved.
Add pecans and continue to cook stirring frequently. Cook until pecans are completely sugared with no syrup left in pan.
Spread on wax paper to cool.
