Marinated Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    green peppers
    small onions
    zucchini
    cherry tomatoes
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut beef in 1-inch pieces.
    Combine next 6 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over beef in bowl.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Cook green peppers, onions and zucchini until tender-crisp.
    Drain.
    Thread beef, vegetables and mushrooms on skewers.
    Broil about 5 minutes.
    Turn as needed.
    Baste with marinade frequently.
    Beef is better if medium done.
    Serve over rice.
