Marinated Stone Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stone crab claws, cracked
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Combine thoroughly all of the ingredients.
    Allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
    Serve very cold as an appetizer.
