Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, shredded
3 scallions, chopped
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles (oriental)
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
3 Tbsp. toasted almonds, slivered
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. canola oil
Preparation

Cook oriental noodle soup according to package directions but do not add flavor packet.
After cooking noodles, mix with shredded cabbage and chopped scallions.
Then mix together sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and canola oil.
Combine altogether and sprinkle oriental seasoning packet over all.
Add toasted almonds and sesame seed.
Chill and serve cold.
Serves 6 to 8.
