Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Southern-style hash browns
    1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. Kraft pure prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add potatoes to 1-quart of boiling water; return to a boil. Cover.
    Cook 2 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients to potatoes; mix well.
    Season to taste.
    Refrigerate. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
