Ingredients

2 oz. chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter together.
In a bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, then fold in sifted dry ingredients.
Add melted chocolate, nuts and vanilla, and mix well.
Place in a lightly greased shallow pan and bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
