Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    15 oz. box raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine water, oil, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Boil together for 3 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Dissolve salt and soda in liquid sweetener and 1 tablespoon water.
    Add beaten egg.
    Stir into the cooled mixture.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Drop on to cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
