Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation

Mix all together.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator or loosely covered container at room temperature. Serve at breakfast or as snack.
Makes about 2 dozen.
