Fisherman'S Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large potato, peeled and cubed into bite sized pieces
1 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or 1 tsp. fresh
1 lb. fish fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the fish, in a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add fish.
Cover and simmer 5 more minutes.
Yields 4 servings. Has 275 calories, 2 g. fat.
