Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can whole chiles, seeded and halved
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange chiles in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Layer cheese on top.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over chiles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
