Copper Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch carrots, sliced and cooked
1 medium onion, diced
1 pepper, diced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix tomato soup, oil, sugar and vinegar; bring to boil and pour over vegetables.
Serve cold.
