Kielbasa With Romaine Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 red pepper
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    1 lb. turkey kielbasa
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 medium onion
    1 (19 oz.) can cannellini beans
Preparation
    Boil kielbasa with 1/2 cup water.
    At first boil, then simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook red pepper and onion until soft.
