Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oats
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over quick oats (let stand 20 minutes). Add oleo, brown and white sugars.
    Beat well.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Blend flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add to mixture.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Bake in medium size loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
