"Skinny Shake" For Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Empty crumbs into bowl. Stir in salad oil with a fork or pastry blender. Cover and keep in refrigerator to use as needed. Use about 1/2 cupful per 2 1/2 pounds cut up chicken.
    Season it to suit yourself (onion salt, m.s.g., paprika, pepper, garlic powder, celery seed, bouillon powder, dried herbs, etc.).
