Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 large red onion, sliced thin
1 drained can whole green beans
1 drained can yellow wax beans
1 drained can red kidney beans
1 large green pepper, sliced thin
Preparation

Dissolve sugar in vinegar, stir in oil.
Add other ingredients.
If desired, add mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, chunks of cheese, etc. to make like an antipasto.
Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
