Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    splash of water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Press gently with hands.
    Cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter.
    Preheat oven to 410\u00b0.
    Place biscuits in a greased iron skillet.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
