Friar'S Bay Restaurant Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    3 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 egg
    flour to make soft dough
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar.
    Let set until it bubbles.
    Add this to yeast then add flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth.
    Let rise until double.
    Knead again and shape into rolls or bread loaves.
    Rolls bake in about 45 minutes; loaves in about 1 hour.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
