Busy Day Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Place meat in a roasting pan.
Spread the mushroom soup over the meat.
Sprinkle the mix over the top (do not add salt).
Add as many potatoes and carrots as you like and 3 cans of water. Cover the roasting pan in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
