Cheese Struedel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    4 oz. green chilies
    1 qt. cottage cheese (large curd)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    10 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Add chilies and cottage cheese.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add to mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into well-greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
