Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 large potatoes, cooked
1 stick margarine
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Whip cooked potatoes, combine rest of ingredients to potatoes and whip until light and fluffy.
Put in greased casserole dish. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
Keep warm in oven until ready to eat.
