4 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Place cooking rack on countertop. Peel potatoes. Cut into long 1/2-inch strips. Dry with paper towels. Place in large bowl. Add oil. Toss to coat. Place potatoes in single layer on unprepared baking sheet. Combine celery salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika in small bowl. Sprinkle potatoes with half of seasoning mixture. Turn potatoes over. Sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and evenly browned, turning occasionally. Do not overbake. Remove baking sheet to cooling rack. Serve warm.
